Jocelyn Paiz

Jocelyn Paiz was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated cum laude in 2010 from the University of Florida with a degree in Criminology and English and a minor in Leadership. Following graduation, she joined the Shuster Saben Estevez team where she worked for two years as a law clerk. In 2015 Jocelyn graduated from Barry University School of Law. While at Barry, Jocelyn was a member of the Women’s Lawyer Association, the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida and the Trial Team.
Jocelyn is a member of the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (MDFAWL). Jocelyn was also recognized by Yale University for her contribution and participation in the Women’s Leadership Program at Yale School of Management. Jocelyn prosecutes PIP claims throughout Florida as well as represents victims of personal injury in State and Federal Court.
In her free time, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Jocelyn is also fluent in Spanish.
