Florida Pip Law Attorneys

Helping Medical Providers Get Payment for Services Rendered

Guiding Medical Professionals and Accident Victims Through the Minefield of Florida PIP Law

Shuster Saben Estevez is the leading law firm in Florida in the field of PIP claims for medical professionals. The law in Florida regarding PIP is like a minefield… one misstep can cost you thousands in PIP benefits. So, if you are a lawyer practicing PIP law on behalf of doctors, you need to know what you’re doing. We do. In fact, our firm has been counsel to more published orders and opinions in favor of medical providers than any other firm in the history of the PIP statute.

With offices statewide, Shuster Saben Estevez is close to medical professionals in every community in Florida, with proven results in getting doctors paid on PIP claims. Our unique relationship with doctors statewide also makes us a leader in the area of personal injury. Whether it’s representing medical professionals or the accident victims they treat, our experience is your advantage.

The Florida PIP Law Experts

Medical providers often treat auto accident victims under an assignment of benefits through their PIP insurance. But doctors are doctors, not PIP law experts. Healthcare professionals often don’t make all the claims they are entitled to and miss out on valuable compensation. Other times, they submit claims but can’t afford to spend the time and aggravation dealing with pushback from the insurance companies who drag out the payment process with lengthy investigations and requests for written reports, only to deny claims on technical grounds or a misunderstanding of the law.

Let Shuster Saben Estevez help you get the full amount of reimbursement you are owed. Since 2004, our lawyers have obtained over 150 published orders in favor of medical providers and have played a significant role in shaping Florida PIP law. Don’t waste your time and energy battling the insurance companies on your own. Let a team of seasoned legal professionals handle the task of making sure your claim gets paid. We can also conduct a PIP law audit of your medical office to make sure you are getting all the reimbursement you are entitled to.

Helping Personal Injury Victims Recover Compensation on Their Claims

At Shuster Saben Estevez, we are accustomed to holding the insurance companies’ feet to the fire and making sure they treat our clients fairly or pay for it when they don’t. We take this experience and apply it directly to representing accident injury victims and helping them get the full amount of compensation due for their injuries, whether it’s PIP law benefits in an auto accident or going after negligent parties for the full amount of medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other legal damages. If you’ve been injured in a Florida car, truck or motorcycle accident, a slip and fall, or some other personal injury incident, we’ll go to bat for you and help you get the care and compensation you need and deserve.

Having handled hundreds of trials, our firm has more experience and more victories in the courtroom than the average personal injury attorney. Although most cases settle out of court, accident victims represented by lawyers with a proven track record in court get bigger and better settlements from insurance companies who would rather not have to face a known quantity like Shuster Saben Estevez in front of a jury.
